Last week, the rebound in crude oil prices provided minor support to styrene prices towards the end of the week. Benzene tracked the fluctuations of styrene prices but did not exert a significant influence on styrene. From the perspective of supply and demand, domestic supply further increased, while downstream demand remained largely stable overall, resulting in a slightly balanced supply-demand situation.
However, terminal inventory has not yet entered a phase of continuous accumulation due to the slowdown in shipments from factories. Consequently, after a round of price declines, prices have temporarily entered a state of narrow fluctuation.
